These terms govern the relationship between TraipseWare OÜ ("we", "us") and any developer or client (“you”) who uses our publishing services.
2. Services
We provide publishing, marketing, localisation, platform compliance, community management and quality assurance services as described on our website.
3. Liability
We act as a service provider and are not liable for third‑party platform policies, certification outcomes, or market performance of the games.
4. Payment & Revenue Share
Payment terms are defined in individual contracts. We do not disclose any specific percentages on the website.
5. Intellectual Property
All IP remains with the developer. We obtain a license solely to publish and market the game.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice as stipulated in the agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
